This is a book about the thoughts we don't say.

Here you will find poems and texts from people who have carried what is too painful, too difficult, or too unusual to say out loud.

Some thoughts carry shame. Some carry anger. Some carry love, desire, sorrow, loss, hope, or a deep wish to live authentically.

Here are stories never told, feelings never given space, and voices that finally dare. Some texts are painful to read. Others are beautiful, playful, raw, or healing.

Common to all of them is that they come from a genuine place.
