Blooming in Concrete

To Bloom in Concrete is written based on my own story,
but it's not just about me. It points to patterns in Christian communities
where language, theology, and practice can be exclusionary. Even when the intention is good.

The book is a poetic testament to faith, vulnerability, and restoration,
but also an invitation to self-reflection:
How do we meet those who don't fit into our frameworks?
Who gets to feel at home and who is left outside the door?

This is not a book about losing faith,
but about finding a space where both faith and humanity can thrive.

In this book, we are taken on the author's vivid description of the journey from a childhood that outwardly seems secure, while in reality, it is experienced quite differently, about insecurity, unpredictability, doubt, and despair towards increasingly brighter experiences of hope, restoration, and empowerment!
