Cleaning and use:

Rinse/wash the bottle before first use and after use. The bottle should be washed by hand and is not suitable for dishwashers, microwaves, ovens, or freezers.

The manufacturer recommends that no more than 12 hours pass between cleanings when the bottle is in use.
